The Bellevue office is now on the frontage road along the west side of 405. Easy access, plenty of parking, elevator up one floor. When go in the driveway, please proceed to the back side of the building. Buildings are not marked but the outer entrance is marked with a big 4 on a post Therapy Services is on the door of Suite E-168.
